This Week’s Need to Know – 6/1/2017

j

Last Sunday, we heard from Pastor Tim on the topic of Glorifying God – How We Do This All the Time.  Hopefully, we understand that God is inherently glorious.  We cannot add anything to his glory, but we can certainly benefit from it and reflect that glory to others.  In His incredible grace, He has chosen to use us to carry His glorious Gospel to others so that they, as the psalmist says, may “…taste and see that the Lord is good (Ps 34:8)!”  This Sunday we will continue examining the vision of Big Woods as we look into the topic of seeing lives transformed by the Gospel.  You’ll be blessed and encouraged as we hear from Pastor Tim how the Gospel has to power to transform our lives, our families and our community!
