This Week’s Need to Know – 03/07/2019

Don’t forget to set your clocks forward one hour before you go to bed on Saturday evening!  Don’t worry, we’ll have plenty of hot coffee ready for you once you walk in the door to help you work through the time change.  Here’s this Sunday’s text: Deuteronomy 32:46-47.  Pastor Tim will focus on what this passage teaches us about being a great parent.

Ready or not, time change is here.

A new set of Sunday school classes start this Sunday.  Pastor Aaron will be teaching a class called Tough Topics focused on Christian ethics.  This class will be located in Classroom 1.  Pastor Tim will be teaching a class called Kingdom Man for the men of Big Woods.  This class will meet in the Multi-Purpose Room.  Cheryl Reeder will be facilitating a class for BWBC women called Restless.  This is a DVD class and will be located in Classroom 2.  We will also have a New Members class located in the conference room in the office area.  For more information, click here or contact Pastor Aaron at  Classrooms are subject to change depending on attendance.  If you have not signed up for a class yet, you can do so here.

You can support the 2019 Guatemala Mission Team tomorrow night by joining us at the Soup Supper Night.  It starts at 5:30 PM and goes until 7:00 PM.  Take-out is available as well.  Cost is by donation.  Let us know you’ll be in attendance by clicking the Going button on our Facebook Event page and make sure you share it to your page as well!

Starting this Sunday, we’ll be reserving a couple of rows near the back of the auditorium near the Cry Room as an overflow section.  Sometimes guests arrive near the start time, and after they get through the registration process and take care of things like getting their kids checked into the Children’s Wing, they may come in after the service has started.  We would like to have a designated place for them to find seats easily.  Leaving these seats available for our greeters and ushers to escort our guests to on Sundays will be very helpful.  Thank you for understanding and helping us minister to our guests this way.
