We are looking for volunteers to help us answer phones at the church office during the month of February.  Time slots are open on Mondays – Fridays.  There is a morning time slot from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and an afternoon time slot from 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM.  All that is needed from someone is to answer phones and forward calls, take messages and forward them, and welcome people that stop in at the church office.  If you would like to help, please contact Pastor Josh at or call the church office at (570) 893-8274, ext. 102.

Our next Women’s Prayer Meeting will be Saturday, February 13, at 9:00 AM, located here at the church. Women are invited to join us as we spend time in fellowship with one another as well as pray for one another and others in our church body and community.

We are looking for a few good drivers to help us in the van ministry.  You’ll need a valid PA driver’s license and a clean driving record.  If you are willing to help, please contact Pastor Josh at or call the church office at (570) 893-8274 ext. 102.

Since we’re not able to meet for Sunday school right now, we want you to know about some great Bible study material available from Right Now Media.  If you need more information about how to access Right Now Media, please contact Pastor Josh at or call the church office at (570) 893-8274.

This week’s recommended study is on the Gospel of John and is taught by Dr. Tony Evans.

Where do you turn when the world around you grows dark? In this study of the Gospel of John, Dr. Tony Evans encourages us to turn to Christ by reminding us of the two purposes for the beloved disciple’s book—that we would believe in Jesus and find life in his name. Despite what our culture may argue, there is only one hope that is truly trustworthy and that is our savior, Jesus Christ. So join Tony for this twelve-session series that will draw you back to the essential truths of our faith and the life found in our king.

On Sunday, Kraig Brady will be leading us in Worship and introducing the song Way Maker.  I hope you’ll take some time to listen carefully to this song and be ready to lift it up as an offering of worship on Sunday in our worship service.
