SUNDAY SCHOOL CLASSES
Proclaiming
the True Gospel: This class will be taught by Mark Loewen in Classroom 1 as
he teaches through the topic of evangelism alongside the book, "The World Tilting
Gospel." We aim to study the True Gospel of Jesus Christ so that we can
share it with anyone and everyone that we encounter.
Broken
Bread: How to Stop Using Food and Fear to Fill Spiritual Hunger: This women's Sunday School
class will be taught by Brianna Batdorf in Classroom 4 as
she teaches through this book. We will study a theology of food so that we can
stop using food and fear to fuel our spiritual hunger. If you are in this
class, please bring a recipe to share this week!
Genesis
Q&A: This
class will be formatted as a question and answer time where the questions that
you have can be submitted on Sunday and discussed during Sunday School. There
will be a QR code on your bulletin on Sunday Morning that you can scan and then
submit your questions anonymously. After the service, during Sunday School we
will sit down and dialogue through your questions together, diving deeper into
God’s Word. Be sure to submit your questions on Sunday and join Pastor Tim
after the service. (MPR)

BOOK OF THE MONTH
"A Praying Church: Becoming a People of Hope in a Discouraging World"
by Paul Miller is a compelling guide that delves into the essential role of
prayer within the church community. Miller passionately advocates for
transforming congregations into vibrant, prayerful communities. With profound
insight and practical wisdom, this book emphasizes the necessity of a deep,
authentic prayer life in every aspect of church ministry, leadership, and
congregational unity. Offering a rich blend of theological foundation and
real-life examples, Miller encourages churches to foster a culture of fervent
prayer, fostering spiritual growth and a deeper connection with
God. "A Praying Church" is a valuable resource for pastors,
church leaders, and members seeking to enrich their understanding and practice
of prayer in the context of the church.
